Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Barcelona Wine Bar in Minneapolis, MN. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, handle hiring, and maintain high levels of customer service in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Hiring and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage industry
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and wine is a plus
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
