Finance Director 155 - 185k + 30k accelerated bonus & equity incentive (Collaborate with Executive President, CFO, and COO)

• Seeking experience working in a portfolio owned company (Private Equity or Venture Capital)
  
• Newly Created Executive Finance Position (100% Remote)
  
  FINANCE:
  
  • 
    
  • Responsible to ensure key financial metrics, Financial Modeling
    
  • Revenue and Profit Goals, Actual to Budget/Variance Analysis, Financial Planning, Performance Analysis (KPI's), Trends, Financial Modeling, board presentations, strong data, and revenue
    
    ACCOUNTING:
    
    • 
      
    • Manage day to day accounting, revenue recognition, AR, AP, GL, JE, reconciliations, GAAP, Financial Statement review and Audit
      
      EXPERIENCE:
      
      • 
        
      • CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA or similar preferred
        
      • Public Accounting experience highly preferred
        
      • Systems experience with ERPs (SaaS) highly preferred
        
      • Experience 10+ years
        
      • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Similar
